About The Weekend at Home

St Hugh’s weekend at home is a chance for us to gather as one big family and to spend time together. The weekend will be filled with worship, teaching prayer and lots of Fun! As we go Deeper, Stronger and Wider.

The weekend will be led by a team from Bedworth Parish, headed up by Revs. Dave & Ann Poultney who were previously curate at St Hugh’s and Rev. Paul Foster who grew up at St Hugh’s and served as youth worker here. They are excited to be invited back by Martyn to serve and encourage us together.

 FAQ

Why do I have to buy a ticket?

To make the weekend self-funding so that there is no strain on the church budget, we have worked to keep the cost as low as possible.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes we encourage you to bring your own lunch on Saturday and bring and share on Sunday. However, at other times all dietary requirements will be met and that is why it is a requirement to complete when booking a ticket.

Can I cancel my ticket?

We hope this will not be necessary, however please email lily@sthughs.org.uk if you need to discuss this.

Can I attend part of the weekend?

We understand everyone has different circumstances but would really hope that we can spend time together as family. The Sunday service and bring and lunch on the 29th will be open to all as always.

Do we sleepover at Church?

No, is the short answer. You will go home at the end of the evenings and be able to enjoy the comforts of your own home.
